The Founder

I am a Creative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Hypnotherapist, dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing space for those navigating life’s transitions. I partner with private clients in-person across Derbyshire and online, and I travel nationwide to support organisations.

A young woman with shoulder-length wavy brown hair, blue eyes, and a friendly smile, standing outdoors in front of green variegated foliage, wearing a floral blouse and a necklace with a amber-colored pendant.

With years of experience across the mental health sector, I believe that growth is most profound when it is a collaborative process that honours the whole person. My approach is warm, creative, and intentionally grounding. Having experienced the transformative power of therapy myself, I discovered a passion for guiding others toward self-awareness, healing, and personal evolution. I understand the impact of being truly seen and heard, and I bring that authentic, empathic presence to everything I deliver.

Outside of my practice, I find my own grounded connection in nature, watching the seasons change or hiking to find an inspiring view. To maintain my own wellbeing, I embrace singing, weight training, and creative expression, ensuring I show up for my clients with energy and clarity.

experience & expertise

My practice integrates a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Therapeutic Art, Sand-tray, Yoga, and Reiki, all grounded in a Trauma and Attachment-Informed approach. This holistic toolkit is backed by a rich professional background, ranging from clinical work in hospital settings alongside Mental Health Nurses to providing creative counselling within education and care systems.

Beyond the therapy room, I bridge the gap between psychological safety and professional performance for organisations. By offering tailored, systemic support from one-to-one therapy to bespoke consultancy. I help create grounded, productive environments where both individuals and teams can truly flourish.

The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be.
